Vernon Kay has a broadcasting career spanning over 20 years across live entertainment, magazine shows, radio and sports broadcasting. 

Vernon had a successful modelling career before moving into TV in 2000, regularly presenting Channel 4’s T4. Since, he has presented a number of high-profile shows such as All Star Family Fortunes, Splash!, Just The Two of Us, and Comic Relief. 

Vernon’s love of music led to joining Radio 1, presenting a weekend show, before moving to Radio X when the station re-launched. 

Vernon has also successfully transferred his passion for sport to the screen, presenting NFL coverage and Formula E for Channel 4, the Golf Sixes event, The Hero Challenge Golf Series.

He currently presents on Radio 2, doing the Mid-Morning show and Dance Sounds of the 90s. In 2023, Vernon raised over £6,000,000 for Children In Need, by running an Ultra-Ultramarathon from Leicester to Bolton.

A natural in front of big audiences, Vernon knows how to work the room with a combination of charm, humour and positive energy.

Vernon is also a DJ, with a love and vast knowledge for music, always ensuring the crowd have the best night possible. With a varied offering, Vernon will be been seen hosting the Opticians Awards, or DJing at the Epsom Derby Day.
