Stephen K Amos is a highly experienced stand up comedian, actor and writer of original material with an international following as a result of his constanttouring over the last twenty years.
A gifted actor, Amos has impressed critics with his performances on stage and screen and has proved he is one of the most unique comedy voices of his generation but demonstrated a penchant for drama roles. Comfortable as a performer, presenter, actor and guest there is no doubt that Stephen will retain his position as one of the nation's favourite comedians for a long time to come.
In May 2023 he finished the Australian leg of his latest tour Before and Laughter which was postponed due to the pandemic. His previous show Everyman toured the UK and then went on to Australia in 2020. In 2018 Stephen toured Bouquets & Brickbats around the UK, Europe, South East Asia and Australia. Stephen was also asked back on to QI featuring in the first episode of series P. He also took part in a new BBC Two series Pilgrimage The Road To Rome.
Stephen's first book - I Used To Say My Mother Was Shirley Bassey - is a memoir of a lifetime of fitting in, standing out, and (almost) always laughing.
