Holly Aitchison is a standout player in English rugby, excelling in both sevens and fifteens. She started young, representing England in age-grade competitions, and quickly made a mark in international sevens on the HSBC World Sevens Series. Her talent earned her a spot on Team GB's Olympic roster.
In 2020, Aitchison joined Saracens and soon caught the attention of England's fifteen-a-side selectors, scoring a try on her debut in 2021. Her impressive performances led to her playing in the Rugby World Cup final that year. In 2023, she then joined Bristol Bears Womens squad.
Aitchison was part of Simon Middleton's Six Nations squad in 2023 and played a key role in the Red Roses' win at the inaugural WXV1 tournament in New Zealand. She continues to be a crucial player for England, receiving another call-up for the 2024 Guinness Women's Six Nations.
