Throughout an impressive 20-year career, Craig Parkinson has captivated audiences with his leading roles in numerous acclaimed TV series. His notable performances include starring in Netflix's "The English Game," "Indian Summers" alongside Julie Walters, "Prey," "The Mill," and the award-winning "Misfits." Craig is particularly renowned for his portrayal of the infamous Matthew "Dot" Cottan in the record-breaking "Line of Duty," which became BBC2's highest-rated drama in history. Additionally, he appeared as Peter Butler in the "Black Mirror" episode "Bandersnatch," which won two Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Television Movie.

On the big screen, Craig's notable credits include starring in Chris Morris' cult comedy "Four Lions," Anton Corbijn's acclaimed biopic of Ian Curtis, "Control," and appearing alongside Helen Mirren and John Hurt in Rowan Joffe’s "Brighton Rock."

In theatre, Craig recently starred in Martin McDonagh's award-winning "Hangmen." Earlier in his stage career, he collaborated with Mike Leigh on the first-ever revival of Leigh’s classic 1970s play "Ecstasy."

Currently, Craig stars as DS Norman Potting in ITV’s "Grace." He has also recently appeared in the BBC’s "Everything I Know About Love" and "Doctor Who," where he created the role of the Grand Serpent, as well as starring in BBC Three’s award-winning drama "Life and Death in the Warehouse."

Upcoming projects for Craig include "The Ballad of Renegade Nell" for Disney+ and "Mrs Sidhu Presents" for Acorn TV. Beyond acting, Craig hosts the award-winning Two-Shot Podcast, where he has interviewed notable figures such as Lennie James, Jodie Comer, and Nicole Kidman. He also fronted BBC Sounds’ "Obsessed With Line of Duty."
