Chris Mallaband is a presenter, broadcaster, and commentator, well-known across sporting media, who has also had an extensive senior business career in major multinational companies.
Chris is an experienced event host and sports commentator, with an extensive background in the worlds of business and professional sport. He has interviewed many household-name personalities – both in front of live audiences, and for a broad range of media outlets.
Chris has hosted conferences and events for a number of well-known businesses, including Unilever, ekaterra (now Lipton), and Purplebricks. Having worked as an HR Director for many years in major multinational companies, he has strong credibility when interviewing senior business leaders about strategy and key current issues.
He has commentated and reported extensively for the BBC, TalkSPORT and a range of other media outlets. He has covered county and international cricket, Champions League, Premier League and EFL football, and Premiership and international rugby union.
He has hosted programmes for the BBC, and has been a regular host of awards events and ceremonies, providing the ‘Voice of God’ for others. He has been the PA announcer at a number of major sporting events, and been a regular voiceover on corporate video content.
