He has over 25 years of public service where he was consistently involved in developing and advising on FREDIE policies and initiatives – including setting up staff networks; recruitment initiatives including positive action; training (e.g. Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Leadership etc); mentoring for BME staff; facilitating role plays & awaydays; assessing and advising organisations; conference speaking; report writing; and service inspections.
